Preparation Steps
- Slice chicken breasts into even cutlets and soak them in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a wire rack over a baking sheet, lightly greasing it.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, paprika, and garlic powder; another with beaten eggs; and the third with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with panko.
- Place the coated chicken on the wire rack and brush melted butter over each piece.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat until blended.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the baked chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve your Baked Crunchy Hot Honey Chicken hot with your favorite sides.

Notes
Ensure chicken cutlets are of even thickness for uniform cooking and use a wire rack to avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
