How to Make Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
