How to Make Banana S'mores Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract with the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
