Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the chopped bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté until the veggies are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  5. Spoon the turkey and vegetable mixture over the cooked jasmine rice.
  6. Drizzle the sauce generously over the bowls.
  7. Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top.
