How to Make BBQ Sauce
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the ketchup and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in the brown sugar until it's fully dissolved.
- Include Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- If your sauce appears too thick, add a tablespoon of water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy the sauce immediately, or store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.
