  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs blend finely
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread for topping

How to Make Biscoff Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until glossy.
  3. Add the large eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl and whisk together.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into a greased baking pan.
  8. Dollop the Biscoff spread on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares.
