Method

How to Make Biscoff Cookie Butter Truffles
  1. In a bowl, gently combine the Biscoff cookie butter and crushed Biscoff cookies until well-blended.
  2. Using your hands, scoop out a small amount of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted completely.
  6. Take each chilled truffle from the fridge and dip it into the chocolate coating using a fork.
  7. Place the dipped truffles back onto the parchment paper to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Once the truffles have set, lightly dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
