How to Make Biscoff Cookie Butter Truffles
- In a bowl, gently combine the Biscoff cookie butter and crushed Biscoff cookies until well-blended.
- Using your hands, scoop out a small amount of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted completely.
- Take each chilled truffle from the fridge and dip it into the chocolate coating using a fork.
- Place the dipped truffles back onto the parchment paper to set for about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the truffles have set, lightly dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
