  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, ground cardamom, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg, molasses, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat well.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients gradually with the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the rolled oats and fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
