How to Make Boneless Leg Of Lamb
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Generously rub the garlic herb mixture all over the boneless leg of lamb.
- Place the seasoned lamb in a roasting pan. Pour the chicken or beef broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast in the oven for about 75–90 minutes until the internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
- Once done, cover the lamb loosely with foil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Finally, slice your boneless leg of lamb and serve it with pan juices and fresh lemon slices.
