Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough for flaky texture
Filling
  • 1 cup apple pie filling use diced apples for chunkier texture
  • 4 oz cream cheese cut into small cubes
Sweet Coating
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted for brushing
Topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Filling by dicing the apple pie filling if it's chunky, and cut the cream cheese into small cubes for easy blending.
  2. Flatten the Dough by rolling each biscuit or crescent dough portion into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Add the Goodness by spooning apple pie filling, a cube of cream cheese, and a drizzle of caramel into the center of each dough circle.
  4. Seal the Bombs by folding the dough over the filling and pinching tightly to seal.
  5. Bake to Perfection by preheating oven to 350°F and baking for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add the Sweet Coating by brushing with melted butter and rolling in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Finish with Caramel by drizzling additional caramel sauce over each bomb before serving.
