How to Make Cheesy Baked Vegetable Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay out a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a generous helping of the vegetable mixture onto one side of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly away from you.
- Brush the outside of each roll with olive oil.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
