  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen, well-drained if frozen
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Canned or frozen, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

How to Make Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagels
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cheesy spinach-artichoke mixture generously over each bagel half.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Cool slightly after removing them from the oven before serving.
