For the Spinach-Artichoke Spread
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen, for vibrant color and health benefits.
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Canned works for convenience.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese For a luscious spread.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded for gooey goodness.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated for added flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for aroma.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cheese and spinach mixture generously onto each bagel half.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
