For the Bagels
  • 4 bagels Bagels Choose plain or your favorite flavor.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen, drained.
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Chopped, canned or frozen.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cheesy spinach-artichoke mixture generously over each bagel half.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly after removing them from the oven.
