  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen, well-drained if frozen.
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Canned or frozen, chopped.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Bagels
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
