- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet to let rest.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer before gradually adding the Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Slice the rested chicken and add it back to the sauce along with the cooked fettuccine pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper as needed and serve immediately.
