Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 breasts Boneless, skinless chicken
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Fettuccine pasta

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet to let rest.
  2. Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer before gradually adding the Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Slice the rested chicken and add it back to the sauce along with the cooked fettuccine pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper as needed and serve immediately.
