How to Make Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bars
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Grate the zucchini, then gently squeeze it with a towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and optional cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips carefully.
