Melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth and fully combined.

Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.

Add the rice cereal to the bowl and gently mix until every piece is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag.

Shake by adding the powdered sugar to the bag. Seal it tightly and shake until every piece is coated.

Fold in the Circus Animal cookies and sprinkles.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cool the mixture at room temperature until it’s set.
