Method
 

Directions

  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  5. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
