How to Make Creamy Jalapeño Poppers
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture carefully.
- Sprinkle with optional Parmesan or bacon bits over the stuffed jalapeños.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before garnishing with green onions. Serve warm.
