  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 stalks Green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
For the Jalapeños
  • 12 large Jalapeños plump
Optional Topping
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cooked bacon bits

Method
 

How to Make Creamy Jalapeño Poppers
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture carefully.
  5. Sprinkle with optional Parmesan or bacon bits over the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before garnishing with green onions. Serve warm.
