Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, ensuring it’s perfectly al dente. Drain and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Combine in a large bowl the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
- Mix in a separate bowl the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
- Add the dressing to the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
- Fold in the grated parmesan cheese gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parmesan or herbs if desired.
