  5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted and vibrant, which should take around 2-3 minutes.
  6. Reduce the heat to low. Mix in the Greek yogurt, chicken broth, and lemon juice, stirring until everything is well combined and creamy.
  7. Sprinkle in salt and black pepper to season the sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference, ensuring it’s just right.
