Method
 

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside to keep them warm.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring it into the garlic and oil mixture. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss in 1 cup of spinach and cook until wilted, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the creamy sauce.
