How to Make Creme Brulee Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream until the dough is smooth.
  7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  8. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of each dough ball.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
