  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream

How to Make Creme Brulee Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually, blending until just combined.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream until the dough is smooth and velvety.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle granulated sugar generously on top of each dough ball.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
