How to Make Crispy Garlic Chicken Fried Rice Bowl
  1. Pour vegetable oil into a large pan and place over medium heat. Allow it to warm up until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic to the hot oil. Sauté it gently for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
  4. Push the chicken to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mixed vegetables into the pan. Stir gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the mixture, adjusting to taste. Stir to ensure even seasoning.
  8. Spoon the rice bowl into serving dishes, garnishing with sliced green onions.
