Method
 

  1. Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat to about 350°F.
  2. Dip each pickle slice in flour, coating evenly.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth. Dip each floured pickle into the egg mixture.
  4. Coat pickles with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic and onion powder, pressing gently.
  5. Fry the pickles in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
