- Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat to about 350°F.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, coating evenly.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth. Dip each floured pickle into the egg mixture.
- Coat pickles with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic and onion powder, pressing gently.
- Fry the pickles in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
