How to Make Crockpot Orange Chicken
  1. Place the chicken thighs directly into your crockpot, ensuring they’re arranged evenly for optimal cooking.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, gently turning the chicken to coat it evenly.
  4. Set your crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or if you’re pressed for time, set it to high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir together the cornstarch with water in a small bowl until smooth, then add it to the crockpot.
  6. Once ready, serve the luscious crockpot orange chicken over a bed of steamed rice or noodles.
