  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or plant-based
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Casserole Preparation
  1. Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and cubing them into even pieces.
  2. Mix together sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into your crockpot and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until sweet potatoes are tender.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
