- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually until just mixed.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
