How to Make French Onion Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish or loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Sauté sliced onions in butter over medium heat until golden brown and caramelized, which should take about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Combine in a large bowl: ground beef, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf in your prepared dish.
