- In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat until golden.
- Add 4 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place bite-sized cod pieces in the skillet; sprinkle with 1 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix 1 lemon juice, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp dill, and 1 tbsp parsley until smooth.
- Plate the Garlic Butter Cod Bites and serve with the lemon herb dip.
