  • 1 lb cod fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter enhances richness
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika adds warmth
  • salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Lemon Herb Dip
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise smooth base
  • 2 tbsp sour cream adds tanginess
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat until golden.
  2. Add 4 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Place bite-sized cod pieces in the skillet; sprinkle with 1 tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix 1 lemon juice, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp dill, and 1 tbsp parsley until smooth.
  5. Plate the Garlic Butter Cod Bites and serve with the lemon herb dip.
