  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound cod fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika for extra kick

For the Creamy Lemon Herb Dip
  • 1 lemon juice fresh-squeezed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  2. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Gently place the bite-sized cod pieces into the skillet. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until opaque and flakes easily, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley. Stir until creamy.
  5. Plate the hot Garlic Butter Cod Bites and serve alongside the creamy lemon herb dip.
