- In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat until it’s bubbly and fragrant.
- Add 3 finely minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic turns golden brown.
- In a large bowl, gently mix together 1 pound of lobster meat, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of finely diced celery, and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions.
- Pour the sautéed garlic and melted butter into the lobster mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
- In the same skillet, toast 4 hot dog buns cut side down over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
