Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, pour in the 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal, ensuring it’s ready to soak up all those festive flavors.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the 1 cup of white chocolate chips with the 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Heat this mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring until it's melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the 1/4 cup of molasses, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. Combine until the spices are well blended.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently stir until every piece is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag or bowl. Add in the 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of crushed gingerbread cookies. Shake or stir until the cereal snack is well-coated.
  6. Spread the Gingerbread Puppy Chow on a baking sheet, letting it cool completely. Once cooled, it’s ready to serve!
