- In a large bowl, pour in the 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal, ensuring it’s ready to soak up all those festive flavors.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the 1 cup of white chocolate chips with the 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Heat this mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring until it's melted and smooth.
- Stir in the 1/4 cup of molasses, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. Combine until the spices are well blended.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently stir until every piece is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag or bowl. Add in the 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of crushed gingerbread cookies. Shake or stir until the cereal snack is well-coated.
- Spread the Gingerbread Puppy Chow on a baking sheet, letting it cool completely. Once cooled, it’s ready to serve!
- *Optional:* Drizzle with extra melted white chocolate for an extra decadent touch!
