How to Make Gluten-Free Air Fryer Chicken
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Slice the chicken into even cutlets.
  2. Crush the Cornflakes: Use a food processor or a bag to crush the cornflakes into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix the Coatings: Whisk the eggs in one bowl. In another bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then press into the cornflake mixture.
  5. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 390°F (200°C). Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the basket and mist with cooking spray.
  6. Air Fry the Chicken: Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
