  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped can substitute with pecans
  • 2 tbsp Honey for drizzling
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the dates by making a slit in each one and carefully removing the pit.
  3. Mix the filling by combining goat cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each date with the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally drizzling with extra honey.
