  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (about 8 oz)
For the Topping
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Fig jam
  • cup Toasted pecans
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Honey drizzled
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
For Serving
  • 1 Crackers or bread your favorites

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unwrap the brie cheese and place it on a parchment-lined baking dish or an oven-safe skillet.
  3. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of fig jam on top of the brie, gently spreading it towards the edges.
  4. Evenly sprinkle ⅓ cup of toasted pecans over the fig jam.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the center is soft and melty.
  6. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey over the top and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, crostini, or sliced apples.
