- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unwrap the brie cheese and place it on a parchment-lined baking dish or an oven-safe skillet.
- Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of fig jam on top of the brie, gently spreading it towards the edges.
- Evenly sprinkle ⅓ cup of toasted pecans over the fig jam.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the center is soft and melty.
- Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey over the top and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, crostini, or sliced apples.
