  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts the star of your sandwich, grilled to juicy perfection
  • to taste Salt to enhance the natural flavors of the chicken
  • to taste Pepper to enhance the natural flavors of the chicken
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing adds a creamy, tangy twist
For the Sandwich
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese melts beautifully to create a gooey layer
  • 4 slices Bread any hearty type will do
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for the perfect golden-brown crust

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  5. Spread ranch dressing on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Layer sliced chicken and cheddar cheese on the non-dressing side of two slices of bread.
  7. Top with the other two slices of bread, dressing side up.
  8. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  9. Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Slice in half and serve warm.
