How to Make Healthy Chicken Fajita Bowls
- Start by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the hot skillet and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper, onion, and fajita seasoning. Stir everything together and cook until the vegetables are tender, around 5-6 minutes.
- In individual bowls, layer the cooked brown rice and black beans as your hearty base. Then, add the sizzling chicken and veggie mixture on top.
- Add the sliced avocado and drizzle fresh lime juice over each bowl.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top.
