- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, and set aside to keep warm while you prepare the beef mixture.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. This should take about 5-7 minutes until it’s nicely browned.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning, beef broth, and diced tomatoes to the skillet with the ground beef. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet. Gently stir to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
