  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
For Serving
  • 12 ounces egg noodles cooked separately
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
  1. Sear the Beef: In a hot skillet, sear the beef chunks on all sides until nicely browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Transfer Ingredients: Move the seared beef into the slow cooker. Add in the sliced mushrooms, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to combine everything.
  3. Cook the Beef: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours. The beef should be fork-tender when it's ready to serve.
  4. Add Creamy Goodness: About 30 minutes before you plan to serve, stir in the softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  5. Cook the Noodles: Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the delicious beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
