How to Make Hobo Ground Beef Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with the chopped onion for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain the excess fat from the beef.
  4. Combine the beef mixture with the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and sliced potatoes.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
