- Combine the diced chicken breast, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, sliced carrots, and Italian seasoning in the CrockPot. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, stirring again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Cover the CrockPot and cook on low for about 4 hours.
