  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  1. Start by adding the diced chicken breast, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, sliced carrots, and Italian seasoning to your CrockPot. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
  2. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, stirring again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the CrockPot and let it work its magic on low for about 4 hours.
  4. Once the initial cooking time is up, gently add the tortellini and fresh spinach to the pot. Stir them in to combine.
