Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking sheet prepped with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick.
- Brush a light layer of olive oil over the dough.
- Distribute pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top, and sprinkle the Italian seasoning.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Place each slice cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and bubbly.
