How to Make Hot Cocoa Cinnamon Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients by whisking milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the sugar and cinnamon layer.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices about 1 inch thick.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
