Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients by whisking milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  6. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the sugar and cinnamon layer.
  8. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into slices about 1 inch thick.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
