Method

How to Make Lobster & Spinach Alfredo Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Allow it to foam and bubble slightly, which usually takes about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic into the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. This should take about 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese gradually, blending it into the sauce until completely melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked lobster and fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the spinach wilts beautifully and everything is heated through.
  7. Gently toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting for your flavor preference. Plate your masterpiece and enjoy immediately.
