How to Make Lotus Biscoff Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Combine with sugar. Stir in the sugar, ensuring it dissolves fully.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool your brownies in the pan before cutting them into squares.
